Valerie Cross is the Director of Marketing at Garrett, Perkins & Horton Advisory Partners.  

Before Garrett, Perkins & Horton, Valerie was with Ameriprise Financial Services in Birmingham, Alabama for 3 years. Prior to Ameriprise, Valerie spent 2 decades in the hospitality industry. With her experience, Valerie brings a true client service mentality, fiercely committed to creating excellent experiences for each client each day.

Valerie is a graduate of the University of Alabama, Birmingham with a degree in accounting.

Born and raised in Birmingham, Valerie has two adult children, Madison and Alexander. In her free time, she enjoys going out to dinner with friends and family, particularly in her hometown as she is extremely fortunate to live in a foodie city!
